Governors
Governors are the largest volunteer force in the country and have an important part to play in raising school standards through their three key roles of setting strategic direction, ensuring accountability and monitoring and evaluating school performance. School governors are people from the school’s community who wish to make a positive contribution to children’s education.

(I have been here that long that the cleaning staff dust and polish me like a piece of the school furniture at the end of every school year!) St Simon's School is my home away from home I really enjoy working at the school and do my very best to help and support all the pupils and their families. |

I commenced my St. Simon’s “critical friend” role as a parent governor, moving on to being appointed foundation governor, at this charming school.
I practised as a Solicitor in the City of London, prior to moving to Ashford; therefore, I have a legal background and I remain very passionate about it! |
