Tremendous Effort at Summer Fair
Many thanks to all who supported and helped out at our Summer Fair we raised £894 which is excellent for such a small school in such a short amount of time. Well done everyone!
Year 3 and 4 Rapid Fire Cricket
Well done to our Year 3 and 4 cricketers in the Rapid Fire Cricket Festival on Tuesday. The children performed brilliantly coming in six place which is a great achievement for our team. Well done children and Mr Hunt and Mrs Shoubridge for accompanying the team.

Farewell Mrs Williams
Mrs Williams will be leaving us at the end of this term to take up a new position in St Anselm’s Catholic School in Canterbury. I would like to wish Mrs Williams the very best of luck in her new post she will be greatly missed by us all in St Simon’s.
We have appointed Mrs Race to replace Mrs Williams but she will not be teaching in Year 1 but in Year 3 please see below. I am sure everyone at St Simon’s will extend a very warm welcome to Mrs Race in September.

Year 6 are off on a residential visit to PGL Marchants Hill from Friday 1st July until Monday 4th July. They will be taking part in all sorts of adventurous activities accompanied by Miss Wood, Mrs Gibbs and myself. Please say a few prayers for good weather and for our safe return.
