Dear Parents and Carers
“Being humble helps us share the problems of others. When we live humbly, God takes our small efforts and creates great things.” Pope Francis
Welcome Back
Welcome to the beginning Term 2 which with the storm this week has meant that this term has got off to a lively start!
This week the children attended Mass for the feast of All Saints and this was the first occasion that Year R joined us for the celebration. All the children were extremely well behaved and the singing was fantastic.
On Sunday 19th November the Parish will be saying goodbye to Fr Hans as he leaves the parish to take up a new post. The children are invited to come along and support the Parish with their singing at 10:00 a.m. Mass to give Fr Hans a really good send off and to say thank you for all that he has done for the children. It would be good to see as many children as possible at the Mass.
Good Bye Mrs Selling
Today at assembly we said goodbye to Mrs Selling one of our longer serving members of staff. Mrs Selling has been working at the school since 2002 and we are all very thankful for everything that she has done for all the children and their families. I would like to take this opportunity to wish Mrs Selling the very best of luck for her new role working in Ashford Library. Good Luck Mrs Selling and very best!
