Consultation on Admission Arrangements for Entry to School in 2019-2020


All Schools are required to consult every 7 years or if changes are made to the previous year’s arrangements. The consultation process will last for a minimum period of six weeks.


The consultation period on school admissions is now closed and that admissions arrangements for the Year 2019-2020 have been determined by the Governing Body. Please see admissions arrangements in attached document below.




If your child is due to start Primary, Infant or Junior School in 2020 you can appeal if you were refused a place at one of your preferred schools.

You can appeal between 16 April and 14 May 2020 to guarantee your appeal will be heard by 16 July 2020.

If the school application was made in the normal round of applications appeals must be heard within 40 school days of the appeal deadline.

If it was a late application, appeals should be heard within 40 school days of the deadline where possible, or within 30 school days of making the appeal.
